Frank Lott is a Navy Desert Shield/Storm veteran, retired Law Enforcement Supervisor, pastor, and author of Forging Leadership: A SheepDawg’s Call to Learn, Live, and Lead in a Broken World.
Throughout his career, Frank has served as an investigator and instructor specializing in mental health, sex crimes, and family violence, as well as a crisis chaplain who has personally walked alongside families facing tragedy. His life’s mission has been forged in the fire of service, faith, and sacrifice.
